The Essendon Fields Facilities Response Centre offers quick access to submit work requests to the Essendon Fields Facilities Team.

Tenant Login:

To access the tenant area of the Essendon Fields Response Centre, you require a password. If you already have a password, please log in using your email address and password to the left.  
if you do not have a password, you can request access. To do this, enter your building code and click Go to continue.

Contractor Login:
To access the contractor area of the Essendon Fields Response Centre, you require a password. If you already have a password, please log in using your email address and password to the left. 
To complete an induction, please click here to proceed to the Essendon Fields Contractor Induction portal. 
Contractors applying for a VIC Pass:
All contractors (including sub-contractors and their employees and agents) engaged to carry out works airside at Essendon Fields Airport must complete the online Airside Induction & Contractor Induction programmes prior to applying for a VIC Pass and carry the completion certificate with them at all times whilst working on the airport site.
